A paradigm shift in the way we view talent has deemed skills as the new currency for the future. LinkedIn Learning’s 2020 Workplace Learning Report found that about half (51%) of learning and development professionals surveyed planned to launch upskilling programs this year. But the COVID crisis has forced employers across the country to re-imagine ways to hire, upskill and reskill employees, according to industry experts.
